1. When will I get my order?

All items are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing, plus:
5–7 business days
7–21 business days (varies by location)

2. How much is shipping?

FREE shipping on US orders over $75

Rates for other orders are calculated at checkout

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Custom or sale items are non-refundable.

4. What if something’s wrong with my order?

Received the wrong or a damaged item? Email coffeenursemama@gmail.com within 3 days and we’ll make it right!

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders move fast! Email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed after checkout.
